The temple of the egg: in "benny" for Bénédicte, whether vegetarian or not (ham, sausage, crab, chorizo...), in an omelette, in a bowl with potatoes, or in a sandwich. Real Canadian-style dinner: antique sconces, low ceiling and high counter chairs in green leather. To test for breakfast: the dish Je suis un Petit Canard (I am a Duckling Duck), consisting of two scrambled eggs accompanied by goat cheese and avocado on an English muffin, all covered with tomato sauce!
