When you enter the cosy Tableau room, you are asked whether you are more of a wine, whisky or cocktail man... To know which card to give you! Don't worry, this doesn't stop you from changing during the course of the evening. The dishes revisit French bistro classics in an original way, all in a rather chic atmosphere. Espresso is probably the best in Vancouver. The barman is proud of it, and will explain to you that his machine came from Italy... with the technician to install it! Don't miss the famous Happy Hour!
