Commodore Ballroom is a large complex built in the late 1920s in Art Deco style. First a cabaret in 1929 which closed 4 months later, it reopened in 1930 as a performance hall. Today, this historic building offers a good programme of shows and a dance floor laid out on a bed of springs: happiness for concerts. Vancouver's must-see, high-end music venue, you can check out the programming on the website when you're in town!
