Their names are Nick, Mike and Anthony, three childhood friends who opened a restaurant, first in 2008, while keeping in their hearts the stronger desire to open a brasserie. This will be done in 2012, with the birth of Parallel 49 and their beer brand. The flashy frescos on the walls represent their pig "Filthy Dirty IPA" or their pin-up "Ruby Ale", a beer that can also be bought in 1 litre bottles to take away. Rock music and a young atmosphere with the cheapest Beer Flight in town!
