Olympic monument on a beautiful public square near the Vancouver Convention Center.
In this beautiful public square, you will find this Olympic monument: the cauldron in which the Vancouver 2010 Olympic flame, lit by Canadian hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, burned, is still standing on the waterfront near the Vancouver Convention Center. The city turns it on on certain occasions, holidays or public holidays. Not far away, the Digital Orca sculpture, which features a pixelated killer whale, is rather funny and interesting to look at.
