Simple and charming restaurant offering local dishes in Douvres-la-Délivrande.
It’s a restaurant full of symbols for Véronique and Thierry. First, it is probably because they held the restaurant of the same name in Ouistreham that the salad "Cabin" (Saint James, smoked ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus) became one of the specialties of the house. Simply because the author of Mrs. Bovary came on a pilgrimage, when he wrote "Bouvard and Pecuchet", an unfinished novel that had for the village of Chavignolles (between Caen and Falaise) where the heroes had elected. The novel was posthumously published in 1881. What enriches our general culture with our stomach. A quiet break in a nice and cozy decor with piano and small objects of time. To relax our thirst, Billy’s cider was served by the glass, in due form, as it should (not bolted). The map offers some local dishes such as Auge Valley Chicken, copious salads, pancakes and pancakes. It’s simple, it’s fresh, good and charming.

concernant l'addition un monsieur tres hautain et pas agréable pas du tout reactif a nos remarques de mécontentement, cest vraiment triste , ont ne comprends pas les avis précédents avec 5 étoiles et des éloges ..bizarre .....alors que cest loin de la réalité .sauvez vous plus loin il ya d'autres vrais restaurants crêperies.
Pas besoin d'offrir un apéritif des le depart on cest que ce restaurant est un attrape touriste mais vide .
allez plus loin il ya beaucoup mieux et des professionnels.

restaurant bistronomique !!! Service déplorable, carte minimaliste, dans l'assiette c'est une catastrophe (frites pas cuite avec une couleur très bizarre)!! On ne s'improvise pasrestaurateur !! On venait très souvent manger des très bonnes galettes et crêpes !! nous n'y retournerons pas !!
Les galettes salées aussi sont très bonnes
