We don’t think about it and yet what a good plan! Moreover, local word of mouth works so well that it is better to book your evening, three weeks or even a month in advance! It must be said that in this application restaurant, which trains some of the region’s future best chefs, sommeliers and maître d’, the menus are carved, from appetizers to sweet treats and the service is impeccable. For a ridiculously low price, we can enjoy a themed menu including cocktails, appetizers, main courses, cheese, desserts, coffee and sweets. A carefully selected glass of wine accompanies each dish. To make you salivate a little more, here is a menu idea on the theme of spring: broken egg with lentils, brochette of monkfish with cider and its leek fondue, pavé d’Auge and finally, saint-honoré with pistachios. We will only repeat one thing: reserve, places are limited!
