This precious Bearfoot (which means "barefoot") restaurant offers innovative and fine cuisine with surprising tastes and unusual combinations. In this gourmet restaurant, tasting menus are offered and Canadian products are always in the spotlight. The choice of wines goes perfectly with the dishes. You can end the meal with small sweets and delicious pastries. Needless to say, all dishes are homemade. The service is done in stages, usually in 3 courses depending on the option chosen.
