There was a time, not so long ago, when the building that houses this food hall and market was actually a railroad carriage workshop. Founders' Hall has become a very pleasant place to break bread and have a drink or two. More than a dozen gourmet kiosks (Mexican, Japanese, Italian, etc.) have set up shop here, along with artisan boutiques and a tourist information office.
