Chef Andrew Mihaychuk's cuisine draws inspiration from both the Old World and Canada, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Moules frites, onion soup, oysters, snails, charcuterie or cheese platters, poutine, vegan mac & cheese, steak frites, tarte flambée, aged cheddar gnocchi, homemade tourtière and other delights are all on the menu for lunch and dinner. Interesting specials are offered several evenings a week. A fine wine list and cocktails to boot. An excellent address!
