Patent 5 is a craft distillery located in the historic building of the former Dominion Express Company. Each spirit is crafted in small batches in custom-made facilities. Gin is the big specialty here, with several variations, but there's also a vodka, liqueurs and the first-ever wheat whiskey since the 1880s. You can discover the house nectars at the distillery bar, on ice or in cocktails, or opt for a guided tour with tastings.
