FORKS NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE
Historical place where it is possible to rent boats to go up these waterways.
This place was used as a meeting point between the different native tribes. Today, it is a green and quiet space at the confluence of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers. The walking tour "One Heart, Two Rivers, Four Directions" allows visitors to discover the relationship of the Aboriginal people with The Forks in this nine-step journey. Please note that the Parks Canada information desk is located in the Travel Manitoba Information Centre at The Forks.
