HÔTEL CHÂTEAU ALBERT
The Château Albert Hotel tells itself the very eventful history of Caraquet. Originally built in 1907, on behalf of Pierre Albert, it was the most luxurious hotel in the city, at the time of the arrival of the railway and tanks (cars), but an unhappy fire completely devastated it. Rebuilt in the historical Acadian village, the imposing building today is a faithful reproduction, based on the original plans of the architect Nazaire Dugas. It is therefore in immersion in a hotel institution of the past century, in the heart of a village that tells the Acadian history that the visitor will be plunged. The 15 rooms offer all the comfort expected, but without the Internet, telephone or TV, history and history to savour all the calm felt in its walls at the time.
