Open since 2004, this restaurant takes local sourcing seriously. Chef Jesse Vergen and his team prepare tasty dishes from the province's land and sea resources, organic whenever possible. On the plate: smoked mackerel, ham croquettes, authentic English-style fish & chips, grilled meats including ribs, the gourmet burger of the week, etc. The microbrewery beer list will make many smile! A great list of Canadian wines as well.
