Museum that traces the history of the Madawaska region and its rich and colorful heritage, and houses the Colline Gallery.

This museum traces the history of the Madawaska region and its heritage. First populated by the Maliseet nation, Acadians from the St. John River Valley, settlers from Lower Canada and the British Isles also settled here. The customs and traditions of these different groups have contributed to a very distinctive way of life here. The museum also houses the Galerie Colline, which is dedicated to the art of various artists from the region.
