Delicious bakery located just before the entrance to Cape Breton Highlands National Park, in Petit Étang to be exact. Before continuing on your way, be sure to stop in and get your hands on a brioche or one of their famous cinnamon donuts. The shelves are overflowing with other delicious homemade products such as breads, pies and cakes of all kinds, muffins, cookies, etc. Founded in 1959 by Alex and Annie Blanche Aucoin, this family bakery is an institution in the Cheticamp area.
