Ranked among Canada's top 100 restaurants, Drift is the restaurant of the Muir Hotel in Halifax. Under the guidance of Chef Anthony Walsh, this gourmet and rather upscale address focuses on Atlantic fish and seafood, notably lobster from Nova Scotia, but also artisanal products from other Canadian provinces, such as foie gras from Quebec. The weekend brunch is a must, as is the low-priced lunch menu, which is a great way to save money. Try the Nova Scotian Halibut Pie!
