On the waterfront, the old warehouse district is entirely reserved for pedestrians. Brick buildings dating back to the 19th century are home to a wide range of boutiques (art galleries, crafts, jewelry, flowers and gifts, ready-to-wear, etc.). As for the boardwalk that runs alongside the port, it's bustling with gourmet addresses such as the Grounded café, the Cacao 70 chocolate factory, the Lower Deck pub and Salty's seafood restaurant. Events of all kinds are also held here seasonally.
