When we know that Uberach means «beyond the river», how can we not imagine that the Bertand distillery, which is located on the edge of a river that takes its spring, in the natural park of the Vosges in the North, does not envisage one day producing its own whisky? This is now done because it proposes a Uberach Alsace whisky under the high protection of Saint Wendelin, patron of the village but also prince of Scotland. The Uberach 42,2 ° is the result of an assemblage of a high-malt single malt to 2/3 third in banyuls barrels.

Excellent accueil.
