After an escapade in the beautiful and verdant Bic National Park, treat yourself at the coastal canteen Chez Saint-Pierre. Colombe Saint-Pierre, a renowned chef, is a passionate self-taught lover of life, and therefore of cooking. She wants people to become aware of the richness of their own food heritage and she reflects her personality through her creations. Here, the smallest resources of the land are used. Bonus: a wine bar and an oyster bar also on site from 4pm.

Si vous avez envie de découvrir les produits du terroir et les plats d'une cuisine raffinée, mijotés par la chef: Colombe St-Pierre passionnée de la gastronomie québécoise, vous serez comblés.
