Very quiet inn with a breathtaking view of the river at Metis-sur-Mer, featuring a restaurant and cosy terrace.

Very quiet inn, with a breathtaking view of the river and its superb sunsets. Literary aficionados will appreciate the emphasis on books and access to a large library. The restaurant serves breakfast in the morning and refined cuisine in the evening, highlighting the terroir of the Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie regions (open to all). We'd also like to mention the ultra-cosy new terrace, where you can sip a drink at the end of the day and enjoy the good life. Note that most rooms are rented on a half-board, double-occupancy basis.

J'y suis arrêtée pour la vue spectaculaire du fleuve.

J'ai donné 3 étoiles parce que la location de chambre vient avec le déjeuner et le souper. Comme je suis allergique aux arachides, j'avais pris la peine de demander si je pouvais y manger en toute sécurité. On m'a assuré qu'il ne cuisinait pas les arachides. Au déjeuner, la serveuse nous a présenté le comptoir à déjeuner. Il y avait un contenant ouvert de beurre d'arachides pour libre service. J'ai dû déjeuner ailleurs. De plus, avec mon allergie je ne pouvais que manger une crêpe. Comme il semble laver la vaisselle à la main, il est très difficile d'éviter la contamination des surfaces et des linges. C'est le même menu pour dejeuner et aussi pour le souper qui a un choix de 4 repas tous les jours. Le souper était très bon mais manger des gnocchis 2 fois de suite, c'est décevant compte tenu du prix.

Chambre très propre avec vue magnifique. Personnel très gentil.

La mia camera non era molto grande ma il balcone e la vista era strepitosa! Il letto mi piace king-size e non corrisponde… a quello che avevo, appunto ho messo 4 stelle. Devo dire che al tramonto sul balcone arrivava l’odore della cucina e vabbè lo so forse esagero. Per il resto impeccabile la posizione un tramonto sul fiume bellissimo! Cordiali e simpatici la cucina molto buona in stile piatti da chef e con la quantità ovviamente ridotta!:-) scelta di vino buona. Purtroppo noto nelle carte dei vini la mancanza dei vitigni e i gradi alcolici. Colazione super! Scegliete camere con vista sul fiume
