Nestled on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, watching one of the world's most beautiful sunsets, this century-old inn is a coveted vacation haven. Lodging is available in 3 formulas: motel-style units and rooms in the main inn (all with private balconies overlooking the river), and fully-equipped chalets with two bedrooms and a terrace with a partial view of the river. Bonus: April's bistro, featuring local and seasonal cuisine, and a boutique selling regional and artisanal products.

Built in 1878, when the village was just 16 years old, the Auberge sur Mer has been a privileged witness to the history of Notre-Dame-du-Portage.
What to do in Notre-Dame-du-Portage?
Walking and cycling are the best ways to explore the area. All along the Route verte, you'll come across some admirable viewpoints that will plunge your gaze into the immensity of the river and its diversity of flora and fauna.
The Notre-Dame-du-Portage public beach is one of the village's jewels, and the municipal swimming pool is renowned for its heated salt water.

On entend d'une chambre à l'autre.
Cette place manque d'amour.
Il n'y a pas d'air climatisé.
Il n'y a pas de café dans la chambre.
Les tapis ont besoin d'être changés.
Les murs ont besoin de peinture.
Le mini balcon est peu accueillant.
Le bois est pourri par endroits au balcon avant.
Il n'y a pas de mini réfrigérateur ni de micro-onde dans la chambre.
Le site induit en erreur et la chambre ne vaut pas le 230$ par nuit.
La pression d'eau est trop basse dans la chambre.
