Such a beautiful hotel, only issues are: should have regular size coffee cups. Nor everyone uses the tiny nespresso cups. Told the guy at the front desk and he said that's all they have. Also, the ice machine not working. They also called us that our room was ready, then called to say she put the rush on the wrong room, so that was awful ????

Première experience à cet endroit. Je ne m'étais fait aucune attente et j'ai été impressionné par la qualité du service et des chambres. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Le service et la nourriture au bistro sont excellents.

Bel hôtel personnel souriant, très belle chambre chaleureuse et propreté impeccable, le seul bémol j’aurais apprécié que l’ont m’avise que notre chambre était à l’extrémité de l’hôtel, j’aurais passé par une porte autre que l’entrée principale avec mes valises et marcher moins longtemps

Was there for a company event. The room was ok, nothing special. Grout peeling in the bathroom and the fan was broken so it would randomly turn on every 5-10 mins. Checking in was slow as there was only one staff member to check in 15-20 guests. Appetizers were great. Mains not so much. The chicken was overcooked, the beef undercooked but the salmon was perfect and I wish I had chosen it. The baclava was poor. We left early because breakfast wasn't served before nine. The staff I interacted with were very nice and the location is nice. Missed its potential.

Venus en Estrie pour des funérailles. Nous avons réservés 2 nuits au Verso. Nous étions dans la chambre 215 et 110. La 215, une des chambres les plus propres parmi tous les hotels que j ai visité dans ma vie jusqu'à présent!
Service a la réception impeccable, courtois, rapide. Nous avons déjeuner au resto de l'hotel Küz, nourriture fraiche et délicieuse, menu différent des autres endroits à saveurs de la Grèce et service d'une grande gentillesse. L'Expérience sera renouvellée sans hésitation, si l'occasion se présente ????

From what I hear locally, this place has undergone renovation. I never saw it before renovation but the rooms are amazing now and it is a very comfortable stay with a quality mattress and pillows. The room has a little mini bar which has reasonably priced drinks. You're also right next to the water which is a huge plus. The restaurant down below is great for every day so you don't have to go far for a meal and it's such good food. The servers are genuinely kind and have a genuine smile. If I am ever in Magog again then I will be staying here. Thanks for your hospitality!

Lovely hotel! The design of the hotel is great because I believe every room has a view of the lake.

The room we were in was so spacious, sleek and had everything we needed. We loved the Nespresso machine and was so excited to hear we could have an unlimited amount.

The staff was so courteous and available when needed. The hotel is in an amazing area with a market and bakery (Les Moulins La Fayette) within a 5 minute walk.

Not nearly as fancy as I expected for the price. Good bed and room size but the whole place needs a facelift. Carpet and furniture are cheap-looking. No towel rack in the bathroom or suitcase holder is more annoying than you may think. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bel hôtel, employés attentionnés et très serviable merci ! Par contre, lors de la réservation, ils ne nous ont pas dit où était notre chambre... qui était au bout de la très longue bâtisse... il faudrait aussi mieux afficher où on peut se stationner... pas clair du tout. Belle et grande piscine chauffée très agréable. Quand un groupe s'assoit dehors avec des bouteilles de vin et s'allument des joints, pourquoi y a personne pour venir les avertir ??? aussi très apriécié : le comptoir à crème glacé !!
