It's in the former premises of the historic Dominion Textile building that this charming "third wave" café has set up shop. We come for the caffeine (try the iced coffee in summer), but also for succulent grilled cheeses like Le Cowboy with marinated beef, bacon, sautéed onions and mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and BBQ sauce. The Shop also offers breakfasts and salads, not to mention alcoholic cocktails, craft beers and homemade lemonades. Bonus: visual art exhibitions as decor.
