Open since 2018 in the liveliest part of town, this vegetarian bistro-bar relies on local sourcing for its good food but also on its bar side. Fans of Quebec craft beers, you will be served here! Mention should also be made of the other alcoholic beverages (notably the Quebec gins and the privately imported natural wines), the incredible design of the place signed by Atelier Filz and, above all, its large terrace with bar which is taken by storm on sunny days. Our best address for a drink in Sherbrooke!
