One of the flour mills that has retained its original vocation: guided tours of the milling and architecture on site.
Built in the days of New France, this is one of the few flour mills to have retained its original vocation. Guided tours cover the mill, milling, architecture and exhibits. If you're feeling peckish, you can choose between the Buvette Rurale (regional cuisine - in summer) and the Café du Moulin (sandwiches, coffees, spirits, etc. - all year round). Also on site: walking trail, craft and regional products boutique, live entertainment.
