When two chef-owners compete to bring us such fine, upscale cuisine, we can't help but appreciate it. Each has his own stove, and tradition be damned! On the menu: foie gras au torchon and duck breast from Ferme Basque in Saint-Urbain, scallops from the Magdalen Islands, Arctic char from Les Éboulements... In short, Quebec on your plate! Your gourmet mission: choose two dishes, regardless of the chef (you won't offend the other, don't worry). One of Charlevoix's finest restaurants.
