Le Vauquelin has adopted a chic bistro style, offering family-style cuisine. Chef Noélie is in charge of the kitchen and Emmanuel (who has an eye for everything) is in charge of service. What do we like? The super-smiling welcome, impeccable service and friendly staff, and cocktails like the Conquérant. On the plate? The sauces, like the curry cream, and the desserts, like the crumble made with apples from Emmanuel’s dad’s garden, or the mango/pineapple charlotte. And for the kids? The same as the grown-ups, but in smaller quantities!

Le Vauquelin is a bistronomic restaurant located in Falaise. You will be welcomed by Noëlie and Emmanuel who will prepare home-made dishes based on fresh and seasonal products. The menu of Vauquelin changes every week and offers a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, a cheese plate and 3 desserts. The establishment also offers a local draft beer and a nice selection of wines to accompany your meals or dinners for two or with friends. With its terrace, this restaurant offers a pleasant setting to enjoy the mild summer heat. It is also accessible to people with reduced mobility and has self-service parking.

L’accueil est très agréable, le personnel très compétent et surtout réactif.
L’entrée, le plat et le dessert étaient tout simplement excellent
J’ai adoré le foie gras de canards en entrée et le filet de canette sauce au poivre avec des frites fraîches était à tombe.
La pain, la vaisselle, la terrasse, tout était parfait et en plus les prix sont raisonnables vu la qualité.
