To start with, we were given a room that has a parking lot for a view that seemed like we were staying in a motel. You see cars pulling up. But it was the unorganized billing that irked me. Upon check in, I informed that we will be having breakfast in the morning. I was told it has been included and charged my card. We were not given any coupon. We went to have breakfast the next day, to my surprise, as we stood, we were called and asked to pay! So we said to check with reception, and the boss came and checked the system, I thought this would clarify the matter. To my shock, we were told that we have to pay! So we paid so as not to create a fuss. I can't believe the unsystematic billing system this hotel has. Imagine having to pay twice. I had to ask for final invoice when we got home and requested a refund when it could have been prevented had they carefully checked. Utterly disappointed.

Service horrible a l’entrée. Madame qui nous prend au ridicule et les deux garçon qui font du ménage qui ricane dans notre dos à cause qu’ils voulaient nous facturer un surplus même après avoir pris un entente pour aller au spas après 11h. La chambre avec des poile de chien sur la chaise ,de la pourriture dans la douche un bas qui traine en dessous du divans. Nous avions déjà payé pour le buffet et on nous redemande de payer un petit quelque chose parce qu’il est tard.Mise à part ça le spas était amusant et nous allons en garder un bon souvenir pareil.Nous ne reviendrons pas.
