La Captive offers a fine selection of house beers, from chilled lager to Saison, Hefeweizen, Oatmeal Stout and Bitter Rousse. For a bite to eat, the slate features a daily menu, and the à la carte menu includes appetizers, lunch salads, gourmet sandwiches, decadent burgers, pizzas on homemade beer batter and poutines. Belle microbrasserie de Gaspésie, au coeur de la vallée de la Matapédia, dans un chaleureux petit bâtiment. Non loin de la belle gare, nous avons pu déguster leurs bières, avec burger et salade qui sont excellents. Les bières ne sont pas celles qui ont le plus de caractères, mais valent le détour. L'atmosphère se dégageant de ce lieux est chaleureuse.
