This room was more expensive than others so we assumed it would be higher end. It was on the first floor and it sounded like elephants were living in the room above. You could hear everything they were doing. Very noisy all around. There was no hot water for the first 5 minutes in the shower. Visible hair all over the room. Receptionist was not friendly. Not worth the money!!

Vraiment déçus du service, nous étions en camping depuis plusieurs jours, impatient de prendre une douche chaude pour ensuite aller souper à notre réservation dans le village de Percé. Pas d'eau chaude, j'en parle à la réception, on me répond comme si j'étais folle et qu'il est impossible qu'il manque d'eau chaude. Ça l'a pris 2h pour qu'enfin il s'occupe du problème et nous avons manqué notre réservation, aucune accommodation, ni même un rabais ou un déjeuner gratuit pour compenser. C'est vraiment pas évident de souper à Percé si comme nous, vous manquez votre réservation. Service à la clientèle médiocre.
