Le personnel est très gentil et poli, il parle en outre anglais et propose de nombreux endroits à voir. Ils ont une liste de restaurants ouverts pendant la saison, avec les horaires et les choix alimentaires pour les options végétariennes et végétaliennes.

Le service est bon au bureau touristique.
Mais 40$ pour un aller retour direct à l île Bonaventure c' est vraiment se moquer des touristes qui ont un petit budget.
