Visitors can obtain information on local attractions, events, businesses and tourist venues. The office is managed by the Greater Joliette Chamber of Commerce, which also promotes over 350 businesses, events and tourist attractions under the Tourisme MRC de Joliette brand. In addition, a road and tourist map including the region's cycling network is published annually. To get to the tourist information office, visitors can use the city and regional bus routes, the Joliette bus terminal or the Joliette train station.
