Located in the heart of the village, this urban bistro specializes in tapas such as arctic char acras, oysters and mignonettes, grilled octopus, bison tartar and tuna tataki. If tapas aren't your thing, dishes like the Vice burger and braised beef poutine are also on the menu. The wine list features a selection of privately imported wines, cocktails and, above all, a superb list of Quebec spirits. Good deal: oysters at $1.50 CAN on Thursdays from 3pm.
