Much more than a simple cattle ranch, the owners have succeeded in creating a unique experience around the largest of bovines and elk. It is possible to visit the interpretation centre which includes three indoor rooms as well as an outdoor discovery trail of about 1.5 km. Food lovers will want to visit the sales booth where bison and elk meat can be found in pâté and tourtière, sausage, bavette, brochettes and even spaghetti sauce and chili. Online store as well.
