Nous avons demandé d'être compensé et le directeur ne nous a jamais rappelé, les portes des chambres se barres automatiquement derrière vous. Nous avons oublié la clé, à - 30 degrés dehors nous nous sommes retrouvés seuls sans téléphone et sans personne à la réception car il avait l'endroit va quand nous avons dû arrêter une voiture et essayer de contacter l'hôtel nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes à l'extérieur ⭐️ Très mauvais service, nous ne recommandons pas l'endroit
Excellente expérience, personnel super gentil, c'est ma 4e fois dans cet établissement, je pars de Longueuil juste pour ça!
