Propre, superbe grande chambre, bon service à l’accueil surtout lorsque c’est le monsieur ????

Super agradable lugar, limpio, cómodo, con piscina y jacuzzi. Cama y almohadas super cómodas. Muy buena atención y ubicación.

Emplacement bruyant, bâtiment malpropre et pas entretenu. Prix pas très cher mais encore trop cher pour ce qu'il offre

C'est un peu tout croche. Les espaces communs (piscines, sauna, corridors) sont plutot malpropres. Notre toilette était brisée. On ne pouvait s'asseoir sur le bord du lit sans qu'il ne bascule.

CHECK UNDER THE FITTED SHEET????I had such a horrible experience here. No wifi, which they hung up on me twice when I called about it respectfully (i had work to do). Then i was heading to bed and the bed and extra blanket supplied was full of someones hair. Counters werent wiped, toothpaste on the mirror, a chunk of hair on the couch back rest. They gave us new sheets and when we removed the fitted sheet it was DISGUSTING. Like it was never cleaned. It was full of food and the guy couldnt find a new mattress cover. We packed our stuff to leave and when i tried to explain the state of the room the guy freaked out and threatened to call the cops??? He said they never get complaints yet the guy working at night told us they were having issues with the cleaning people. We were kind until that point. He refused to even give us a discount and still charged us the whole stay. DONT GO. Ps Mario desk guy needs anger management therapy

Clean, great location

The owner barged into our room at 10:30pm while my family and I were asleep (let himself in with a key after knocking only once) and started screaming at us that we hadn't paid for the 3rd night of our stay demanding we show him the paper receipt. My husband chased him out after threatening to call the police. We confirmed the next morning that we had paid in full for 3 nights. There was no apology from management. We were 3 families staying for multiple nights over the holidays, bringing in good revenue for this business.
As a women I felt very shaken up after, and kept thinking what would have happened if it has just been my kids and I in the room. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. UNSTABLE AND UNPREDICTABLE OWNER.

Supère hôtel près d'une épicerie. Propre, avec cuisinette et foyer. Le bouchon du bain est à réparer. Personnel gentil et serviable.

PLUS: Quiétude - équipement dans chambre (Foyer gaz, frigo, grille pain, micro ondes, vaisselle). Salle.de bain propre et fonctionnelle, piscine. Bien localisé (près du village, vue sur montagne, près du IGA.

MOINS: acceuil ordinaire, tapis dans la chambre, télévision non-intelligente et télécommande non fonctionnelle, spa non fonctionnel (ne chauffe pas).

Réception froide et indifférente

One of the worst stays I had in a hotel. Extremely dirty and even the front desk came in the room to see and he was embarrassed of the state of the room. I'll put pictures from our room. On the shower curtain you can see blood and mold, literally no cleaning was done.

No help whatsoever from the owners who only offered 10% on our next stay, but let's be honest, we'll never go back. The front desk employee looked overwhelmed when we got there and was rude.

Next morning, an employee even offered us to stay elsewhere next time since it's not the first time that the 3rd floor rooms were dirty.

Now, 5 days since we lodge a complaint and still nothing new. Extremely unsatisfied.

I spent one night, together with my son. The room was ok and comfy, clean and beautiful view, to the mountains. The hotel is very close to downtown, restaurants, stores.
The only think that I didn't like was the receptionist ( a young lady, so cold, no any smile, even when we check in and check out too).

Great quiet place to stay on the best stretch of road in Sauveur

We would never return. Not clean, for example Shower curtain was stained and had discolored from age. Please note there is no cleaning service during your stay… they state the reason as COVID as if this was a standard practice… You are not informed of this however until you realize your room was never cleaned at the end of the day. Hallway carpets were not even vacuumed and had giant spider Webs hanging from ceiling. Morning front desk clerk gives you attitude instead of a welcoming service. When an issue arose, instead of offering service we were asked why we even needed that fixed. Customer service and repeat business do not appear to be important to this hotel, Which is too bad because with better customer service and some updating this could be a prime hotel with premium rooms. They offer Kitchenette and gas fireplace in rooms, so they could position themselves as a better option for stays in Saint-Sauveur but for now they will unfortunately see their ratings drop.

No fue mi mejor experiencia, la comunicación con el hotel fue nula y la recepción y salida fue desagradable, y fue la misma joven que atendió en recepción, parecía que no le gustaba el trabajo.

Por lo general las instalaciones del hotel están bien, aunque habían partes visibles en la habitación que estaban con polvo acumulado..

La ubicación es excelente y el parqueadero también.

La señal WiFi no era nada estable, no pude conectarme al internet del hotel.

No volvería a visitar este hotel.

Les employés sont tout sauf courtois. La propreté laisse fortement à désirer. Plusieurs toiles d’araignées sur les murs, vaisselle supposément propre mais qui dégage une forte odeur. Boules de mousses et de poils qui roulent sur le plancher lorsque nous sommes arrivé. Nous avons séjourné seulement une nuit, et ce sera la seule ! Hôtel à éviter.

La pisine interieur était très froide ainsi que le bain tourbillon dans la pisine la terasse était fermé ainsi que le petit resto en plein long weekend de la fête du travaille

Accueil médiocre par un individu mal rasé visiblement malheureux d’y travailler. Pas de sourire, pas de salutations, un simple Check in semblait l’irriter. L’accueil est le début de l’expérience dans un hôtel. Invraisemblable que je doive expliquer cela ici. Les draps sont propres et le lit très confortable. Tapis probablement posé en 1940. Très bien situé. Donc passable pour une nuit. Certainement pas pour un long séjour.

Bel emplacement pratique proche de l'autoroute et de restaurant et magasin. L'accueil est horrible. On a du attendre 15min lors de l'arrivée pour récupérer la carte de la chambre au nom de notre réservation. Personnel peu souriant et peu accueillant. Une fois à la chambre elle semblait bien belle et propre mais finalement en regardant dans la salle de bain c'est DEGEULASSE. Moisissures sur les rebord du lavabo et base de toilette ainsi que dans le drain du lavabo. Papier de toilette plus mince que des toilette publique, seulement 1 rouleau de rechange. Aucun coffre de sûreté pour effet personnels. Aucun mini bar malgré la catte d'accueil en faisant mention. Le lendemain nous sommes partie pour la journée pour revenir le soir, nous avons mis la pancarte sur la poignée porte pour dire que nous voulons avoir le room service. Le soir vers 16h nous revenons (avons quitter à 9h am pour la journee) le room service n'avait pas été fait. J'ai dû la trouver puis y demander des serviette de rechange, papier de toilette. La femme de ménage ne parle pas français. Lors de notre départ (checkout) la dame à l'accueil parlait au téléphone donc nous avons attendu quelques minutes pour la laisser finir mais après 5min d'attente on croyais qu'elle mettrais sont appel sur attente pour finir notre checkout mais non elle nous ignore carrément. Finalement nous sommes partie en laissant la carte de la chambre. Aucune sécurité dans l'hôtel la porte d'entrée est ouverte toute la journée et soirée. Personne a l'accueil la majorité du temps. La piscine intérieures est DEGEULASSE. Plafond gondolé, plancher céramique moisis là où les poteau de soutiens pour rentrer dans l'eau est fixé. Piscine non chauffé, aucun sauveteur, aucun équipement de sauvetage en cas. Bref un Hôtel 3 étoiles avec la propreté d'un hôtel MITEUX. 300$ pour 2 nuits pour ça c'est frustrant.
