Baie-Comeau airport, located in the municipality of Pointe-Lebel about 15 km from downtown Baie-Comeau, is equipped with modern navigation facilities and can accommodate both small aircraft and commercial carriers. Controlled 24 hours a day from Nav Canada facilities in Mont-Joli, it also houses an Emergency Coordination Centre.
