Situated on a mountainside near the ferry linking Tadoussac to Baie-Sainte-Catherine, this campsite offers the best view of Tadoussac, much to the delight of campers. It is owned by the Essipit Innu aboriginal community. They also offer other campsites, apartments and cottages to rent for riverside vacations, fishing and hunting outfitting, sea kayaking and whale-watching cruises in inflatable boats on the St. Lawrence, a sporty and exhilarating adventure. Traveling by safe boat Zodiac lets you reach the deepest parts of the river where whales find plentiful food sources. It’s no surprise that they like Essipit best!.
