I did enjoy my stay. Very very well located. Next to the old part of the city. Kinda close to the st-Lawrence river... The staff is there for you. Room is okay. Nothing very spacious for the price tho. Parking is at a little walk.

The only thing that I didn't like much is the fact that the clim is stinky. I think that is has to be cleaned...

The rest was very clean.

Hôtel très intéressant avec l histoire du lieu exposé au rez . Chambre spacieuse et tout confort . Petit déjeuner premium avec gaufres maison (prendre en supplément petit déjeuné deluxe ) .

Très belle expérience, les chambres sont superbes et au goût du jour. Les lits, contrairement à ce que plusieurs clients nomment, étaient à mon goût et au goût de mon conjoint. Nous avons eu un mini soucis à notre arrivée dont on fait part et la directrice personnellement nous a rencontré pour discuter et régler la situation. J’apprécie ce professionnalisme et l’importance donnée aux clients. L’emplacement est super avec la rue piétone et tous ses restos bien qu’un peu bruyant en fin de soirée. Je recommande !
