Au niveau des chambres, c'était pas pire petite mais fonctionnel, bémol tacheté mais lavé, serviette et peignoire pour spa propre, resto service très lent plus de deux heures pour la nourriture avec notre reservation faite. Les serveurs se sont excuser mais le mal etait deja fait. Spa et sauna propre, par contre, les serviettes dans un panier avec moissisures. Dejeuner inclus copieux à l'étage belle vue sur le lac.

Bel accueil, courtoisie et information au rendez-vous. Service de massothérapie avec Lucas, de belle qualité. Resto très bon. Séjour très apprécié.

Vous sauverez de l'argent. J'ai fait ma réservation directement à l'hôtel et 3 heures plus tard, j'ai vu la promotion.

La réception de l'hôtel n'a pas voulu m'accorder le rabais ou autre, et le superviseur (Anouar) refuse de me parler.

Belle endroit! Service à la clientèle est vraiment très bien! La chambre est dans le standard spacieuse mais rien d'extraordinaire, fait très bien le travail pour une ou quelque nuits.
