FIELD CHEESE DAIRY
The farm of Daniel Gosselin and Suzanne Dufresne is located in a bucolic setting. If you decide to make a small break, you can check out the facilities. If you are lucky, you will be able to attend the milking and see the cheese dairies at work in the manufacturing and refining room. A shop is open to offer you wine tastings, but also to purchase locally produced products and several other products from Quebec. The cheese factory manufactures several cheeses with raw milk: The Warrant Officer, Brother Hunter, Le Gré des Champs, D'Iberville, Mishtan, Monnoir, Péningouin and Pont-Blanc.
