An eco-responsible neighbourhood bistro, featuring Quebec products, with a clear preference for organic products. A menu inspired by the seasons and new arrivals, with delicately prepared dishes, some of which come straight from the smoker's room. Tasting menu experience with wine pairing recommended (beautiful wine cellar including a selection of private imports). In addition, it is a recommended table "Ocean Wise", the guarantee of responsible fishing. Without a doubt one of the best tables in the Ahuntsic district!
