REBEL BRASSERIE URBAINE
Set on the ground floor of the Sky Complex, Rebel is one of the last-born in good restaurants in the Village. It serves a cuisine that is reminiscent of French bistros with a decidedly Quebec touch. Board to share sausages or cheese (or both), tartars of all kinds (including the bison with a Jack Daniel's mayonnaise, a delight!), season salads, decadent burgers, fish and seafood, tender and juicy grilled… and the list is still long. We love the concept of the grill that allows you to choose your piece of meat (mudflap, tender, mignon, etc.), your sauce and your accompaniments for a plate really to your liking. To close the meal, we advise you to share unemployed pudding with unemployed pudding, vanilla ice cream, cream and maple syrup.
