JATOBA
The Jatoba is the project of Korean-Argentine chef Antonio Park (i. e. it is Olivier Vigneault who works in cooking). Dedicated to the best Canadian chef of the year 2015 by the Terroir Symposium, it is also behind the Lavanderia and Park restaurants as one of the best Asian tables in the city. First stroke of heart for the décor: bare bricks, plants, ancient moldings to ceiling, clean furniture and marble counter. Then comes happiness in the mouth with the dumplings, the tataki of swordfish swordfish, the lobster jumped into ginger or the beef coast 1855 grilled, served on a pink salt block of the Himalayas. We'll go back!
