The Hiatus gourmet restaurant has set up shop at the very top of Place Ville Marie. Needless to say, the panoramic view of the city is breathtaking! Opened by the same team that runs Cathcart and Jatoba, Hiatus is divided into three distinct floors: the Rose Orange terrace for aperitifs, a café-bar open all day long, and the restaurant with its blend of design and elegance.
