JUNIOR
Four Filipino Canadians, including renowned DJ and producer Jojoflores, opened this neighborhood restaurant where authentic cuisine is served. The various dishes are served in the form of plates to be shared and we take pleasure in drawing in the Pinakbet (gambas, aubergines, squash and shrimp paste), the Adobo Baboy (pork épaule and soy sauce) or the Afritada Manok (tomato grilled chicken and beer). In the beautiful days, easter settled on the terrace to prepare the lechon, the Philippine version of the méchoui. A treat! The desserts are just as delicious, not to mention the gourmand brunch that has nothing to do with the traditional brunches served in the city's restaurants. Bonus: a typical garden that gives a feeling of holiday in this corner of Asia.
