In Montreal, plant-based cuisine is a source of boundless creativity. Here, we're discovering vegan Indian dishes with a particular focus on the nutritional quality of the ingredients chosen. Byrianis, dals, curries... everything is bursting with flavor. The "chicken" tikka is particularly good, and the mango lassi is just delicious. At lunchtime, the thali can be an interesting place to sample several small specialties. And it has to be said, you'll be very warmly welcomed, with attentive service. It's a pleasant address in every way.
