The Tri Express found the winning recipe: combining a refined framework with high quality cuisine. And then, great privacy because there are only a few tables. Add to this the very "Plateau" atmosphere. The fish is very fresh and original sushi. The chef, Sort, who worked for a long time in a large restaurant, is delighted to be behind an open counter and to have direct contact with his clientele. He will certainly advise you to opt for the "Omakase" formula (Japanese: ' let the leader decide '). You indicate the amount you want to spend, and you'll get the best out of it. Also offered: the "Omakase III" menu 5 services (39,50 CAN $/person).

MY favourite suchi restaurant in Montreal. A different approach: not pick not traditional suchi of the other Restaurant, everything is original and extraordinary. We love to let the chef choose our menu. The degustation menu is super and includes several types of dishes. Otherwise, the chef makes us a menu with its convenience.
