After two years at Le Central, the young canteen has opened a tiny, bright-green store, designed for dishes that can be eaten on the go, albeit with a few seats. You'll find classic Vietnamese dishes such as Banh Mi (sandwich) and Bo bun (bowl), but not quite so classic... There's a certain freshness to the recipes, and it's good! The various Vietnamese coffees and other drinks are a must-try, and the coconut water with matcha cream is very popular, and it's easy to see why.
